International Hosted Buyers
The South African National Convention Bureau invites a select group of hosted buyers from the Business Events Industry to attend Meetings Africa each year.
These buyers go through a strict selection and qualifying process before being approved as recognised International Hosted Buyers. They participate in pre-scheduled online matchmaking appointments designed to maximise their time and value at the exhibition, ensuring meaningful connections that drive real impact – because Africa’s success is built on quality connections.
International Hosted Buyers enjoy fully sponsored flights and accommodation, as well as a pre- or post-show tour of a destination as part of their hosting. They also gain first-hand knowledge and insights about the destination to prepare them for sales, and to motivate their next meeting or group itinerary.

Association Hosted Buyers
The South African National Convention Bureau invites a select group of Association Hosted Buyers to attend Meetings Africa each year.
Association Hosted Buyers enjoy sponsored flights and accommodation, an invitation to participate in Association Day featuring a line-up of thought-provoking speakers and facilitators, and participate in pre-scheduled online matchmaking appointments designed to maximise their time and value at the exhibition – because Africa’s success is built on quality connections.
